The goal of the LMS base is to train up our team members and supply them with the requisite skills, process knowledge, and mindset.

The Knowledge Base by Department table is a quick way to view the SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and Trainings that are relevant to you/your department. If you are in the Operations department, you should familiarize yourself with all of the SOPs and Trainings listed for that department.

The Trainings table teaches team members how to think. Use the New Training Form to submit a new training.

The SOP table shows the step-by-step processes needed to successfully complete core tasks here at Trend Up Media. Use the New SOP Form to submit a new SOP.

The Courses and Resources table contains, well, courses and resources.

The Books table contains recommended books.

The Customer Interaction Guide table teaches you how to interact with each different customer.
