If lookup fields aren't finding the information that they should be finding, then there are three possible reasons:

1. There are spaces at the end of the deliverable titles.
2. There are commas in the deliverable titles.
3. You have two or more records with the same name (the name is whatever is in the first column).

Remove spaces at the end as well as all commas, check for duplicates, and you will be good to go!
