The goal of the Sales/CRM base is to keep on top of our highest value relationships. All key interactions will be logged here and be easily accessible on the person's contact card (their profile on the Contacts table).

The Contacts table contains all key contacts and linked data like interactions and opportunities.

The Opportunities table contains all business opportunities (deals that can be/already are closed. By utilizing the different views on the lefthand side, you can sort opportunities by those already won, those already lost, those expected to close soon, those that belong to a specific person/sales rep, etc.

The Interactions table contains all key interactions with all of our contacts. Use the Interaction Entry Form to submit a new interaction. Interactions should be logged immediately after they happen. Nothing else should happen before that.
